Professional Background

I am an electrical engineer by profession. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University in 1992, and MSEE and PhD degrees from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1993 and 1998, respectively. While pursuing my Doctorate at Georgia Tech I was a research assistant at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. My PhD dissertation titled "Space-Time Adaptive Monopulse Processing" investigated various aspects of adaptive signal processing with application to a phased array radar.

Subsequent to completing my Doctorate, I was employed as a system's engineer at Northrop Grumman Norden Systems for two years, after which I relocated to Israel. From 2003 to 2018 I was a member of the faculty of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering department at Jerusalem (Azrieli) College of Engineering.
